Best Western Plus Beckley Inn

100/10 stay. Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at I’m pleasantly surprised with this place! That being said, the service provided by everyone here is a 10/10, however I’d like to highlight the receptionist Jessica. Jessica is so welcoming and she really helped out when I needed her the most. Not only for me, but for many others as well. She door dashed toothpaste for a customer because the hotel no longer had extra, she went above and beyond!!! Today was her daughters birthday and she was still working with a beautiful, bright smile despite having to work on the daughters birthday. Oh man what an absolute treat Jessica is. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, as well as all the workers. Every worker here is AMAZING

We walked to the outback (a batter path there and back would be appreciated). We very much enjoyed our room. We were given a handicap room with a king bed. It came with a couch that had its own little seperate room with a tv which I loved. I do suggest bringing a nightlight because it's dark all the way from the bed to the bathroom and the bathroom light is bright. We had breakfast the next day which included make your own waffles and yogurt parfet. We would liked to have seen more hot food choices like grits or biscuits and gravy. There's just 2 choices of juice. I did not have the coffee.

Love the stay here!! The young lady at check in was fantastic, just wish I could remember her name, but she was great!! Bed could have been a lil but softer but still good!! Will stay here again!!

Absolutely perfect location! Lots of food choices just research! Good fitness center. Pool is down temporarily but nice pool goes to 5 feet. Beautiful views amazing service and comfortable beds! I feel like I'm at one of the top hotels for not top hotel money. Breakfast was good much better than your cereal and a bagel hotel. Hot eggs and sausage. View from motel was so peaceful looking at the trees. I'm very happy! See you next year around this time I sure hope!

Rooms are clean and very nice. The bathroom could use some updating but very clean in all spaces. I was especially happy with Jessica at the front desk. She was very friendly and accommodating, also she helped us a lot as we had an Expedia nightmare. I Would stay here again :)

I stayed here for the July 4th of 2025. The Hotel was very clean. Ladies at the front desk were very helpful with the checking in process. Shift manager gave me details of local fire fire works for the July4th. This location is very close by to all bars and restaurants. I recommend this place.

Very helpful front desk staff. Room is clean and comfortable. View from our room is nice. The Outback restaurant is the parking lot and there is a 10% discount on your meal if you mention you are staying here. The location is great for exploring New River Gorge National Park. Centrally located so you can get to different areas fairly easily.

This is a very nice hotel. Easy on and off the Interstate when travelling. Walking distance to restaurants. The included breakfast was quite extensive and I especially appreciated the packaged gluten free products.
